    Yes. Once both parties reach an agreement and sign a written settlement, it functions as a legally binding contract. As a Kansas Supreme Court Approved mediator, I ensure the process is structured and professional, providing a solid foundation for your business’s next steps.

    I offer transparent, fixed hourly rates for business sessions. For smaller businesses or startups facing financial strain, we also provide a sliding income scale to ensure that professional conflict resolution is accessible before legal fees become prohibitive.
